Terms of Use — GOOSE

GOOSE is built and operated by AIRGATE LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using GOOSE, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use GOOSE.

2. Your Account

GOOSE accounts are created through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use — Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

GOOSE includes user-generated content, such as session names and display names that are visible to other participants. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to:

• post, submit, or use objectionable, offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or unlawful content — including in session names or your display name;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
• harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other participants;
• attempt to circumvent, disrupt, exploit, or game the app or its blocking, points, or session systems;
• use GOOSE for any unlawful purpose.

4. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

You can report objectionable content or abusive users, and block other users, directly within the app. We review reports and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and eject abusive users. We aim to act on valid reports of objectionable content promptly.

5. Our Right to Remove Content and Users

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to other users or to the service.

6. No Prizes and No Monetary Value

"Goose points," scores, streaks, and any in-app stats exist for engagement only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged, and are not prizes, gambling, or wagering. GOOSE does not offer cash prizes or real-world rewards.

7. Screen Time and App Blocking (Your Own Device)

GOOSE uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) system APIs to block apps on your own device during sessions, with your authorization. Blocking is self-applied and runs locally on your device. You can end a session or use Emergency Unlock to remove blocking at any time. GOOSE does not control, manage, or monitor any other person's device, and app blocking is a voluntary commitment feature — not a guaranteed technical enforcement.

8. Disclaimers

GOOSE is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that app blocking will prevent all access to blocked apps.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRGATE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of GOOSE.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
